ISTEC ANUNCIA ELECCIÓN DE MIEMBROS DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA

ISTEC se complace en anunciar que en el año 2008 se llevará a cabo la elección de tres miembros de la Junta Directiva. De acuerdo a los estatutos vigentes del Consorcio, se eligirá un representante en la categoría Académica, un representante en la categoría Industrial y uno en la categoría de Personas Distinguidas. Los representantes de las categorías académica e industrial serán elegidos por un término de tres años (2009-2011). El representante elegido en la categoría de Personas Distinguidas será electo como Director Interino para la gestión 2009.

De acuerdo a lo aprobado por la Junta Directiva en su reciente reunión, las elecciones de los miembros de la Junta Directiva se llevarán a cabo de acuerdo al calendario que figura debajo. Para poder votar en las elecciones las instituciones miembro deben estar al corriente con sus pagos de membresia hasta la gestión 2007. Para mayor información, favor dirigirse a info@istec.org

Martes 15 de Julio – Inicio de votación
Viernes 29 de Agosto – Fecha límite para votar hasta las 12:00 am (media noche) hora de Albuquerque

ISTEC ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

ISTEC is pleased to announce that in 2008 three members of the Board of Directors will be elected. According to the bylaws of the Consortium, one representative of the Academic Category, one representative of the Industrial Category and one of the Distinguished Individuals Category will be elected. The representatives of the Academic and Industrial Categories will be elected for a three-year period (2009-2011). The representative elected in the Distinguished Individuals Category will be serving as interim director for 2009.

In its recent meeting, the ISTEC Board of Directors approved the election calendar presented below. To be entitled to vote, member institutions should be current in their dues until 2007. For more information, please contact the Executive Office at: info@istec.org

Monday, June 30th – Announcement of Candidates
Tuesday, July 15th – Voting begins
Friday, August 29th – Deadline to cast votes by 12:00 am (midnight) Albuquerque, NM time (Mountain Standard Time)
Wednesday, September 3rd – Announcement of new members of the Board of Directors
Monday, January 5th, 2009 - Elected Directors start their term.
ISTEC ANUNCIA ELEIÇÃO AO CONSELHO DE DIRETORES

ISTEC tem o prazer de anunciar que em 2008 serão eleitos três membros do Conselho Diretor. De acordo com o regulamento do consórcio, um representante da categoria Acadêmica, um representante da categoria Industrial e um da categoria Pessoa Ilustre serão eleitos. Os representantes da categoria Acadêmica e Industrial serão eleitos por um período de três anos (2009- 2011). O representante elegido na categoria Pessoa Ilustre ocupará o cargo de Diretor Interino em 2009.

Em recente reunião, o Conselho Diretor do ISTEC aprovou o calendário de eleições que segue a baixo. Para participar das eleições as instituição devem estar com suas mensalidades em dia até 2007. Para maiores informações, favor entrar em contato pelo email: info@istec.org
